As you open my letter, I hope it shows you how much I love you For my love for you is beyond these words For my love is beyond the distance that lies between us As you read my letter, I hope it shows you the care I put in to it For it is the care I wish to show you As you go over the words, know I have torn many papers for I couldn’t find a word to describe just how much I love you As you ready my letter, I hope you feel like I am near you For with every word I wrote I felt like you were near I hope you feel giddy with excitement as you wait for my letter For that is how I feel day and night till you write back and I feel as though my happiness is near I hope when you read my letter you remember just how much I love you I hope you hope for that day our dreams can come true The day we can hold each other and sing words of love to each other all day I hope as you read my letter you also dream of the day we will read them all together I hope as you read my letter, you also know that our time is near.
